Assistant Director needed for Short Film Production
We are currently seeking a talented AD for a short film to be shot on location at The Little Theatre Cinema, Bath (location confirmed).
Shooting is planned for May, with most of pre-production already complete.
Longer Synopsis:
A young, skeptical new manager chooses to spend the night alone in a historic cinema, brushing off warnings from colleagues about the venue’s haunted past. As the night unfolds, the ghost of a woman who once died there begins to make her presence known, challenging the manager’s beliefs and forcing him to confront the unknown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to develop a shooting schedule and shot list.
- Oversee on-set operations and assist the crew as needed.
- Ensure the shoot runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Requirements:
- Available for 3 night shoots.
- Prior on-set experience.
- Backup camera.
